Request for quotes for the renovation of Koror CMR Guard House. Quotations are due by July 8, 2026, 4:30 PM. Submissions must be in English, in MS Word, MS Excel, or Adobe Acrobat PDF format, not exceeding 30MB per email. Offerors must be registered in the SAM system. Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter. A site visit is scheduled for June 29, 2026, at 1:30 PM at the Chief of Mission's residence.
Quotations are due by 4:30 PM, 08 July 2026. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
Requests for payment may be made no more frequently than monthly. Payment requests shall cover the value of labor and materials completed and in place, including a prorated portion of overhead and profit. The 14-day period for payment is changed to 30 days.
The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter.
Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible, able to understand English, have an established business or plans to establish one, provide proof of SAM registration, demonstrate prior construction experience, have necessary personnel/equipment/financial resources, possess required licenses/permits, meet insurance requirements, be able to obtain performance security, have no adverse criminal record, and no political or business affiliation contrary to U. S. interests.
If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the government in the amount of USD **** each calendar day of delay.
A site visit has been scheduled for 1:30 PM Monday, 29 June 2026. Participants will meet at the Chief of Mission's residence located in Ngetkib, Airai Palau.
Failure to be registered in the SAM system at the time of proposal submission may deem the offeror's proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given.
