CHURCHILL BOROUGH STORMWATER AUTHORITY STORM SEWER TELEVISING CLEANING CONTRACT This project includes storm sewer closed circuit televising ( CCTV), sewer cleaning, protruding tap cutting/removal, lateral launch camera investigations of storm sewer laterals, bypass pumping and blocking, associated traffic control, resident notification, mobilization, and clean up.
