Request for Proposals for the Town of Worcester Municipal Energy Resilience Program Town Hall Complex ( 20 Worcester Village Road), Town Hall ( 12 Worcester Village Road), Worcester Highway Department ( 11 Maxham Drive). HVAC projects: install energy star rated cold climate mini split heat pump, smart thermostat controls, remove existing energy recovery system, remove existing water heater and replace with on demand tankless electric water system, improve envelop air seals. Non- HVAC projects: close off and insulate fire hose tower opening, resurface roofing, reinforce roof trusses, add solar panels, replace and repair doors, seal off overhead door. Project 2: Town Hall 12 Worcester Village Road - HVAC projects: supplement kerosene furnace with energy star rated cold mini split heat pumps, install smart thermostat controls, replace electric DHW heater with point of use tank less DHW heater, install new kitchen direct vent system, insulate hot water piping, electrical panel upgrade.
