The solicitation is for the replacement of damaged windows at the Rocky Mountain VAMC. Offerors must be both verified by the SBA and visible on the SBA certification database at the time of offer submission. A site visit is scheduled for January 8, 2026. Questions must be submitted in writing before January 15, 2026. Proposals are due January 30, 2026. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. The contractor must provide a project schedule, obtain VA identification badges, manage jobsite access and security, implement ICRA and ILSM items, and host regular project update meetings. The contractor must submit a project site-specific safety plan. The government will not furnish any resources for the fulfillment of the work required under this contract other than electricity for area where work is being conducted.
The period of performance for actual work execution of this contract is ninety 90 calendar days.
Payment will be made by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Manufacturer and construction warranties as noted in specifications or where applicable.
The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government in accordance with the factors above.
