The vendor shall be available to begin installation on or after May 4, 2026, and shall coordinate delivery, assembly, startup, and placement into service accordingly.

The state shall pay the contractor, after the submission of proper invoices or vouchers, the prices stipulated in this contract for supplies delivered and accepted or services rendered and accepted, less any deductions provided in this contract. Unless otherwise specified herein, including the purchase order, payment shall not be made on partial deliveries accepted by the government.

The vendor shall provide the standard manufacturer warranty for all equipment and a warranty period for assembly/startup services.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidders.

To be eligible for award, you must have the capability in all respects to perform fully the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability which will assure good faith performance. You must submit references for three public sector or higher education accounts providing services that are similar in size and scope.

There is no prebid proposal site visit provision mentioned in the solicitation.
