The system must be fully functional by January 15, 2027.

Payment shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) unless otherwise specified.

Pricing for Year 1 includes applicable warranty.

Award will be made to the highest ranked, responsive and responsible offeror whose offer is determined to be the most advantageous to the state.

Offerors must have the capability in all respects to perform fully the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability which will assure good faith performance.

Unreasonable failure to supply requested information is grounds for rejection.

The contract cannot exceed a total of 200,000 over the potential twoyear period.

The system must be fully functional by December 31, 2026.

Payment will be made upon submission of proper invoices or vouchers for supplies delivered and accepted or services rendered and accepted, less any deductions. Payment will generally be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT). Discounts for prompt payment will not be considered in the evaluation of offers but will form part of the award.

Pricing for the RMS solution shall include any applicable warranty.

Offerors must have the capability to fully perform contract requirements and possess integrity and reliability. They must also provide documentation demonstrating CJIS compliance.

The contract includes clauses for default, which may lead to termination and liability for excess costs. There are also provisions regarding contractor liability for data breaches.

Unreasonable failure to supply requested information, improper revisions during discussions, or failure to meet mandatory minimum qualifications can lead to rejection or disqualification.

The contract cannot exceed a total of 325,**** over the potential four-year period.

The estimated contract start date is **** and the end date is **** provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award.

Payment shall be made in accordance with S. C. Code Section **** otherwise provided herein, payment will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Contractor must provide the manufacturer's standard written warranty upon delivery of product. Contractor warrants that manufacturer will honor the standard written warranty provided.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidders.

To protest an award, you must submit notice of your intent to protest within seven business days of the date the award notice is posted, and submit your actual protest within fifteen days of the date the award notice is posted.

Improperly requesting a preference can have serious consequences. Violation of prohibited communications and donations restrictions may result in disqualification of your offer, suspension or debarment, and may constitute a violation of law.
