Proposals will be rated by a selection committee based on demonstrated understanding of needs (25%), soundness of approach (20%), experience and capacity (20%), qualifications of personnel (20%), and reasonableness of fee (15%).
Proposers should be consulting firms licensed in the state of Tennessee with demonstrated experience in disaster debris removal, reduction, and disposal monitoring services, including marine debris removal monitoring from waterways.
