The time allowed for substantial completion is 90 consecutive days from the date specified in the notice to proceed for each applicable phase of this project.

Requests for payments are due by the fifth 5th of the month for payment by the twentieth 20th of the month less 5 retainage. Retainage will be held until final acceptance of the project by the City of Holly Springs.

Only bidders who are present and sign the official attendance sheet will be considered responsible and eligible to submit a bid.

Nonrefundable liquidated damages in the amount of 500 per calendar day will be deducted from monies due the contractor in the event that a portion of the work remains incomplete beyond the agreed upon contract completion date.
