Proposals for professional consulting services for the city's comprehensive plan are being accepted. Proposals are due Friday, September 26, 2025, at 3:00 PM EST, either electronically or in hard copy. The plan must be adopted by the state by October 2027. Proposals must include a letter of interest, experience, a proposed budget, proof of or obtain a city of Lewes business license, and references. The city will own the data once the project is completed. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, familiarity with the city, budget, and best value. The city reserves the right to hire more than one firm.
