Building. Bids equal to or greater than $150,000 must be accompanied by a bid security of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder must furnish a performance security and a labor and material payment security, each in the amount of 100% of the contract for contracts equal to or greater than $150,000. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for at least 30 calendar days after the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities. Time of completion is November 1, 2025. Reasonable accommodations for disabilities are available.
