The Burnet Consolidated Independent School District (Burnet CISD) is soliciting proposals for concrete and asphalt services. Proposals are due by March 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The district will select the qualified provider by evaluating the proposals on the following criteria: vendors ability to offer a total solution, the extent to which the goods or services meets burnet cisds needs, general reputation and performance of the qualified providers, long term cost and value to burnet cisd to acquire the vendors goods or services, quality of the products proposed, substantial conformity with the specifications and other conditions set forth in the request for proposals, time specified in the proposals for the performance of the contract, costs of application and any other factors the district deems necessary.
The contractor must have successfully completed a minimum of 3 projects over the past 5 years.
The contract will allow for administrative, contractual or legal remedies in instances where vendors violate or breach contract terms, and it will provide for such sanctions and penalties as may be appropriate.
