Offerors must submit an attestation that they are able to meet all of the requirements described in the statement of work. Vendors quotation must provide pricing for all CLINS to be eligible for award.

The delivery dates will be established by the contracting officer.

Payments shall not exceed 85 percent of the total contract price until the execution and delivery of a release is provided by the contractor. The contractor shall invoice the requesting party directly for payment for work performed.

The selection process focuses on qualifications and competence, with price being negotiated after an offeror is selected.

Offerors must clearly demonstrate the capacity to accomplish at least four 4 150, 000 task orders simultaneously. All small business offerors are to clearly demonstrate the capacity to accomplish at least two 2 150, 000 task orders simultaneously.

Violation of this agreement also may constitute a ground for termination of the contractors underlying agreement with gao, andor suspension and debarment from receiving future federal contracts.

The AE shall be present at site visits.
