Clackamas County is seeking multiple towing and storage service providers. Providers will contract directly with the county's dispatch service provider. This is a non-exclusive agreement with the intention to enter into multiple contracts. Only providers willing to comply with the RFQ and resulting contract conditions will be awarded. Quotes are due by July 16, 2026, 2:00 PM PST and must be submitted electronically via Bid Locker. Email submissions will not be accepted. All quotes are binding for sixty days. Prospective quoters must register with Bid Locker. Questions regarding the RFQ should be directed to the procurement analyst. Communication with county employees about the RFQ outside of the procurement office is prohibited and may result in rejection.

Quoters are required to read, understand, and comply with all information in the RFQ. All quoters will be subject to a review by the Sheriff's office prior to receiving a tow contract, including a background check of owners and employees for criminal history and a DMV records check. Noncompliance with contract conditions, rules, or directives may result in review, monetary penalties, suspension, or termination of the tow contract.
