Knox County reserves the right, in case of vendor default, to procure the articles or services from other sources and hold the defaulting vendor responsible for any excess costs occasioned thereby. Should vendor default be due to a failure to perform or because of a request for a price increase, Knox County reserves the right to remove the vendor from the county's bidders list for twenty-four (24) months.
Any protest or question regarding the specifications or bid procedures must be received in the Procurement Division no later than 4:30 p. m. local time on April 8, 2026.
