The contractor shall have knowledge and in-depth knowledge of STEM-related subject matter. The institution must be regionally accredited and have an established STEM program. Contractors shall maintain a professional demeanor and food handlers must be aware of all food safety requirements.
The penalty for non-compliance with limitations on subcontracting is the greater of $500k or the dollar amount spent in excess of permitted levels by the entity on subcontractors.
