Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA) is seeking bids for bus wrapping services for a three-year contract. The services include design, production, installation, and removal of advertising wraps and posters on buses and vehicles. Bids are due by August 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM CST. Questions are due by July 24, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

If the selected vendor is unable to fulfill a production request within the required timeframe, MATA reserves the right to engage alternate vendors and invoice the contractor for any additional charges incurred. Protests must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer within seven (7) days of the award by the MATA board.
