The contractor shall complete all work within forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Expected schedule: material lead time: approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks. Onsite demolition and installation: approximately two (2) business days.

The contractor shall provide a minimum one (1) year warranty covering materials, workmanship, and installation defects beginning upon government acceptance. The warranty shall include repair or replacement of defective materials at no additional cost to the government.
