The contract is for hazardous tree services at Greers Ferry Lake, including tree cutting, debris removal, stump grinding, and pruning. The period of performance is for one base year and four option years. A quality control plan must be submitted within 2 weeks of the contract award. A site visit is scheduled for February 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST at the Greers Ferry Project Office. The government will award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services. The contractor is responsible for safeguarding all government equipment, information, and property. The contractor must communicate daily with the designated government representative between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The government may increase or decrease service frequencies or quantities. The contractor must have the required insurance.
