The contractor shall begin performance within 30 calendar days and complete it within 180 calendar days after receiving award, notice to proceed. This performance period is mandatory negotiable. See FAR ****.

Payment will be made by the contracting officer. See section 00 70 00 for contract conditions, including prompt payment clauses.

Warranty of construction is incorporated by reference. See FAR ****.

Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the government, considering only price and price-related factors.

To establish responsibility, the apparent low bidder may be requested to submit information regarding their previous experience, business and technical organization, financial and bonding resources, and plant available. See FAR ****.

If the successful bidder fails to execute all contractual documents or furnish executed bonds within 10 days after receipt of the forms, the contracting officer may terminate the contract for default. In the event of termination for default, the bidder is liable for any cost of acquiring the work that exceeds the amount of its bid, and the bid guarantee is available to offset the difference.

A site visit will be held following the pre-bid conference on June 23, 2026. Registration is mandatory due to security conditions. All offerors must register by emailing the base access form to ***@***. *. * at least 2 business days prior to the meeting.

Agency protests must be filed within the periods specified in FAR 33. 103. The NG protest decision goal is to resolve protests within 35 calendar days from filing.

Failure to furnish a bid guarantee in the proper form and amount by the time set for opening of bids may be cause for rejection of the bid. Offers providing less than 90 calendar days for government acceptance after the date offers are due will not be considered and will be rejected.

Quotations are due electronically by 17 July 2026, 10:00 a. m. EST.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quotation represents the best value to the government, based on technical capability, past performance (SPRS), and price.

To be considered for award, the offeror shall submit a single, all-inclusive electronic quotation package including company information, firm fixed pricing, and mandatory OEM certification from M. I. C. Industries, Inc. proving the offeror is an officially authorized reseller and will confirm in writing that all services will be executed exclusively by a certified M. I. C. Industries technician.

Vendors not providing sufficient information, as requested, may be determined technically unacceptable.

Quotations are due electronically no later than 17 July, 10:00 AM.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, is the most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following simplified factors will be used to evaluate quotations: Technical capability, Price, Past performance.

To be considered for award, the offeror shall submit a single, all inclusive electronic quotation package. A complete quotation package must include: company information (company name, point of contact, phone number, email, and active UEI/CAGE code), firm fixed pricing for CLIN ****, including any applicable shipping costs, and verifiable, written documentation from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Trimble, proving the offeror is an officially authorized distributor/reseller.

To be timely, protests must be filed within the periods specified in FAR ****.

Responses are due no later than 1:00 p. m. EST on 20 July 2026.

The government anticipates a requirement for associated warranties.

Interested vendors capable of meeting this requirement are requested to submit a capability statement.
