Capital Area Transportation Authority (CATA) is seeking proposals for bus stop real-time arrival display signage and push-button annunciators. The goal is to improve the rider experience by providing real-time passenger information. Proposals are due electronically by August 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. The contract will be a fixed-price contract for a term of five years. Evaluation will be based on technical criteria, experience, price, and proposal quality, with an award on a best-value basis. CATA is not liable for costs incurred prior to contract signing. All proposals become CATA property and may be subject to disclosure.
