The contract will have a five-year ordering period with firm-fixed-price delivery orders. Proposals are due by July 17, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. Evaluation will be based on Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Price, using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process. The estimated quantities for Lithium Carbonate are detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW). Contractors must submit a sampling plan, testing plan, delivery schedule, and a draft Certificate of Analysis (COA) with their proposals.
