Qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of: specialized experience and license (max 25 points), qualifications of project team (max 20 points), historic preservation experience (max 20 points), project approach and understanding (max 15 points), past performance and references (max 10 points), capacity to perform (max 5 points), and proposal fee and schedule (max 5 points).

The consultant team shall include: a Professional Engineer currently licensed in the state of Georgia, demonstrated experience evaluating historic structures, experience working on buildings listed on or eligible for the National Register of Historic Places, knowledge of the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, and experience preparing structural assessments and preservation recommendations for historic buildings.
