Respondents will be evaluated based on their exhibited understanding and familiarity with the project issues as demonstrated by the respondents unique perspective and presentation on the proposed strategies, approach, team structure, experience, and schedule.

Interested respondents will be evaluated on the criteria listed below. A selection committee comprised of city staff will review each respondents approach to ascertain the respondents understanding of the project and issues.

The contract documents require that all work be completed within ninety 90 calendar days plus ten 10 formobilization, after issuance of notice to proceed.
