Proposals must be submitted prior to close on bidnet. The RFP is due July 28th at 2:00 PM.

The selected contractor will be responsible for providing detailed warranties for equipment, surfacing, workmanship, and installation.

The city is looking to award the project to the firm offering the best value. Price is a consideration but not the only one.

The city shall consider the qualifications of the submitters, whether or not the proposals comply with the prescribed requirements, and alternates and unit prices if requested. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal walkthrough on Wednesday, June 30th, at 11 AM. At least one attendee from your firm must be physically present. We will discuss the project then proceed to Gregory Park to look at the jobsite. Because this is mandatory, we will not accept late arrivals.

Questions and clarifications are due July 14th by 5:00 PM.

The city has a budget of one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) for this project.
