The services described in the scope of work must be completed within one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days from the commencement date stated in the notice to proceed, or as otherwise determined by the Tribe.

The respondents with the best overall score will be the apparent awardees, pending final review and satisfaction of all requirements regarding the qualifications and documentation. Respondent must have adequate organizational resources, facilities, equipment, and personnel to ensure prompt and efficient service to the Tribe. At a minimum, qualifying proposals shall demonstrate that respondent possesses the qualifications necessary to provide high-quality services. Contractor and subcontractors shall provide a copy of a current certified license issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation DBPR or applicable local authority as a certified electrical contractor or certified general contractor. Contractor and subcontractors shall hold a minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing similar services.
