Price may weigh heavily in the evaluation process but will not be the only factor under consideration and may not be the determining factor, as stated in the bid notice.

Kenosha unified school district is soliciting proposals from persons which are in the business of providing services as listed in this rfp, as stated in the bid notice.

Provide penalties that may be billed to kenosha unified school district by thesuccessful proposer, such as, but not limited to operational flow order ofo, as stated in the bid notice.

The bid notice states warranty of plants, trees, evergreens, shrubs shall be for a period of 18 months from date of substantial completion.

Firms shall have the capability and capacity in all respects to fulfill the contractual requirements to the satisfaction of all participating government agencies.

5 sets of samples for each category can be submitted.

Each bidder will be allowed a period of fortyeight 48 hours after the time and date set for receipt of bids to notify kenosha unified school districts purchasing department in writing of a material mistake in the bid.
