The deadline for solution summary submissions for performer consideration is February 19th, 2026, 5:00 PM ET. For IVV partner consideration, the solution summary due date is April 17th, 2026, 5:00 PM ET. The solution pitch deadline for IVV proposers is extended to May 21, 2026.

Solution pitches will be evaluated based on overall scientific and technical merit, proposer capabilities and/or related experience, potential contribution to relevance to the ARPA-H mission and user experience, and assessment of proposed cost/price.

All responsible sources capable of satisfying the government's needs may submit a proposal. Universities, nonprofit organizations, small businesses, and other than small businesses are eligible. Proposers must have an active registration in SAM. gov and a valid Unique Entity ID (UEI) number.

The final MSRP for a small commercial-scale system should not exceed $200k, with a preferred target below $100k.

This requirement may be awarded to one vendor as a BPA call order against BPAs previously solicited on the Government Point of Entry (GPE).
