Solution pitches will be evaluated based on overall scientific and technical merit, proposer capabilities and/or related experience, potential contribution to relevance to the ARPA-H mission and user experience, and assessment of proposed cost/price.
All responsible sources capable of satisfying the government's needs may submit a proposal. Universities, nonprofit organizations, small businesses, and other than small businesses are eligible. Proposers must have an active registration in SAM. gov and a valid Unique Entity ID (UEI) number.
