Natural Resource Technical Services Multiple Award Contracts ( MAC) for Natural Resource Technical Services, including but not limited to: coordination meetings, avian surveys, mist netting, bat surveys, insect surveys, herpetological surveys, snail surveys, telemetry, live capture trapping, botanical surveys, plant collection and translocation, biomonitoring, vegetation surveys, vegetation restoration, plant structure stabilization, wetland delineation surveys, wetland restoration planning, wetland restoration implementation, streams, lakes, and pond assessment, ecological reserve areas ( ERA), integrated natural resources management plans ( INRMPs), NEPA and environmental planning, invasive species management, biosecurity, invasive species fencing, educational outreach, fire management plan, aerial mapping and GIS mapping, diving and marine resource surveys, and miscellaneous natural resource services.

When the proposal is evaluated as a whole, the technical factors and past performance factor combined are significantly more important than price.
The entire term of the contract is a maximum of 70 million or 90 months consisting of a 12 month base period, six 6 12 month option periods and one 1 6 month extension of services period, whichever occurs first. Task orders will typically range between $3,500 and $10,000,000. The estimated workload for the unrestricted division is approximately $2. 5 million and the amount for the SBSA division is approximately $67 million.
