In case of failure to perform services or complete obligations in a timely manner, liquidated damages equivalent to two percent (2%) of the total cost for services or obligations not completed as required by the contract per calendar day of delay may be imposed. in the event successful respondent fails to perform services or complete the obligations under the contract in a timely manner, cpa may require successful respondent to pay, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, an amount equivalent to two percent 2 of the total cost for services or obligations not completed as required by the contract per calendar day of delay.
