This notice updates the timeline for the release of Request for Quotes (RFQs) for six strategic services vehicle program commercial advisory and assistance support blanket purchase agreements (BPAs). The original release date for the remaining four BPAs was projected for calendar year 2025, but it has been corrected to calendar year 2026. The government will release the RFQs for acquisition support in CY2025 Q3. All RFQs will be posted on GSA eBuy. This is a request for information (RFI) for HMMS software and sustainment support, with a revised version including additional questions. Responses to the RFI are due by 12:00 PM EDT on August 27, 2025. The contract encompasses the delivery, deployment, sustainment, and enhancement of an internet-based HMMS software suite for multiple DOD and other federal agencies. The contractor will provide software delivery, sustainment, project configuration management, user support training, and documentation reporting. The contract has a base period from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, with four 12-month option periods. Invoices are to be submitted electronically through Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF). The vendor must submit a Quality Control Plan (QCP) within 10 business days of the contract start date.
