Corporal Arthur Nelson Play Lot Renovation Project The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to demolish and remove the existing playground and site features, implement and maintain erosion and sediment controls, obtain required permits, and complete all necessary site preparation, grading, and drainageutility work for the proposed improvements. New construction includes a bituminous concrete halfcourt basketball court, a new splash pad with associated equipment and utilities, and new playground equipment including swings with required pip safety surfacing. Additional improvements include new adaaccessible concrete walkways, site perimeter modular block wall, fencing and gates, and all related appurtenances, including site furnishings tables, benches, bike racks, a shade shelter, a new flagpole and park signage, and new landscaping and plantings.
