They must also provide valid ID. have onsite staff supervisors with osha 10 certification. and Provide proof of 2step tuberculosis tb test with negative result for all staff that will be onsite. and Provide proof of flu vaccine for all staff that will be onsite if the contract takes place any time between november 30th to march 31st. If no flu vaccine, contracted staff must wear a mask at all times. and Provide valid id.

The acquisition is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) that are also small business concerns.

Upon completion of the installation, the contractor shall arrange for an inspection to be made by facility management personnel and the Nenahnezad Community School Principal, before final payment will be released.

The quote will be removed from further consideration if the contractor does not complete the ISBEE representation, submits incomplete information, or submits alternate forms.

Quotes are due by June 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

Best value award will be made based on technical capability, past experience, past performance, and price.
