The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority is seeking sealed general bids for PA speaker system upgrades at the Mass Mutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. The project includes sound system upgrades for the arena and new audio systems for concourse areas, along with supporting electrical and repair work. Bids are due by 12:00 PM local time on June 24, 2026. A pre-bid conference and site walk-through will be held on June 3, 2026. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a. m. on June 3, 2026, starting at the MMC located at **** Main Street Springfield, Massachusetts. The pre-bid conference will be followed by a walk through of the site.
