Proposals must be received no later than 10:00 am, August 31, 2026.

Payment for services and/or product will be processed within thirty 30 days from invoice date and acceptance of services and/or product.

The BRA will select the most highly qualified respondent on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications and then attempt to negotiate a contract at a fair and reasonable price.

To be considered as eligible, a respondent shall have complied with all legal requirements to permit them to operate in the state of Texas.

Failure to adhere to communication restrictions during advertising, evaluation, and selection phases will result in the rejection of a respondent's proposal.

Any questions concerning this proposal should be submitted no later than five 5 days prior to the opening of the proposal.

Failure to submit any of the requested information will be grounds for rejection of proposal or delay issuance of a purchase order/contract.

The BRA is currently seeking proposals for its estimated $170 million investment portfolio.

Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 p. m. CT on September 2, 2026. Late proposals will not be considered.

The evaluation process and criteria are detailed in Part 5 of the RFP, including respondent qualifications, experience, and proposed services.

Respondents must be qualified, independent persons or entities with requisite experience in investment management and related services, demonstrating knowledge of and compliance with the PFIA.

Protest procedures are outlined in section 5. 4 of the RFP.

Proposals not meeting all requirements, containing incomplete documentation, or failing to adhere to submission instructions may be rejected as nonresponsive.

The bid notice states that sealed general bids will be received until 12:00 p. m. local time on June 24, 2026.

In order to be eligible to bid on this contract, a general bidder must be certified for the estimated project cost of 2,050,000 and for the following category of work: prime contractors – electrical. Each general bid must also be accompanied by a contractor qualification update statement.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a. m. on June 3, 2026, starting at the MMC located at **** Main Street Springfield, Massachusetts. The pre-bid conference will be followed by a walk through of the site.

Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted to ***@***. *. * in writing in accordance with the instructions to bidders and must be received no later than 5:00 p. m. on June 10, 2026.

Any general bid submitted without the appropriate certificate of eligibility and contractor qualification update statement shall be invalid.

The estimated project cost is 2,050,000.

The bid notice states that sealed bids will be received no later than 3:00 p. m. prevailing time on Thursday, June 25, 2026.

All bidders are strongly urged to attend a pre-bid meeting for eh26030 on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 11:00 a. m. The meeting will be held on site, located at 66 Wainscott Main Street, Wainscott, New York.

The town of East Hampton reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, all in the best interests of the town.
