This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for K9 Emergency Veterinary Health Services in Colombia. The U. S. Embassy in Bogota is seeking quotations for comprehensive veterinary services for working dogs, including emergency care, diagnostics, surgery, and health monitoring. The period of performance is from April 30, 2026, to April 30, 2027. Quotations must be submitted via email by April 1, 2026, at 16:00 hours Bogota time. Questions must be received by March 5, 2026.
