The Town of Preston is seeking qualified electrical contractors for various work assignments on a time and material basis. The work may include routine work during normal hours (Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and emergency/high-priority work on nights, weekends, or holidays. Hourly rates will be designated for normal hours and a separate rate for after-hours work. Engagements outside normal hours will be paid a minimum of 4 hours, with each additional hour charged at the normal after-hours rate.

The government will evaluate the contractor's performance according to a quality assurance surveillance plan. The contractor must inform the contracting officer of any issues within 24 hours. The contract is a firmfixed price level of effort contract. The contractor is not required to have a security clearance. The contractor must attend post-award conferences and meetings as required. The contracting officer's representative (COR) will be appointed and will monitor technical aspects of the contract. The contractor must identify themselves as contractors and not government officials. The contractor must not use any information obtained through this contract for marketing purposes. The government is exempt from paying sales taxes.

Fresno County Probation Department is requesting proposals for a 24/7 step-down/transitional housing facility for detained youth at the Fresno County Juvenile Justice Campus (JJC). The facility will help youth transition from restrictive housing to less restrictive environments, allowing them to practice life skills in a safe space.

This performance work statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for aircraft training support for the 321 Special Tactics Squadron.
