The Township of East Hanover is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable/Purchasing Clerk. Applicants must submit a resume, cover letter, list of professional references, compensation history for the last three years, and detailed compensation requirements. The position requires experience in a professional office atmosphere, municipal experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with Edmunds MCSJ or municipal software. Duties include preparing bank deposits, wire transfers, payment of debt service, preparing purchase orders, obtaining quotes, completing bill payments, tracking purchases, creating spreadsheets, verifying financial entries, conducting calculations, preparing vouchers and invoices, maintaining records, and reconciling funds.

Sealed bids are being accepted for a new 2025 compact 4WD pickup truck. Bids must be marked Public Works 4WD Pickup in the lower left-hand corner.
