This is a request for quotation (RFQ) for a microwave signal generator. The generator must meet specific technical specifications, including frequency range, output power, modulation capabilities, and interfaces. Delivery must be completed within 60 days of order release. Foreign nationals require pre-registration 30 days prior to a site visit. A vendor representative must be onsite for more than three days. Direct delivery to the designated building is required. The RFQ is conducted under the authority of FAR 13, simplified acquisition procedures.

Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. The deadline for submission of questions is 1 day prior to the solicitation closing date. All quoters must note any exceptions from the solicitation's terms, conditions, specifications, and/or the statement of work. The government reserves the right to make a single award to the quoter whose quote is considered in the best interest of the government. Submission of invoices will be via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). Delivery is FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance of supplies or services will be at destination. The government will arrange for transportation and pay all associated transportation costs for FOB origin procurements. Offerors must complete the Naval Supply Systems Command Automated Ready-to-Ship (RTS) web form. The contractor shall provide DOD unique identification or a DOD recognized unique identification equivalent. The procedures set forth in FAR **** will be followed for submission and handling of agency protests. The deadline for submission of questions is 1 day prior to the solicitation closing date. Full prequalification or bidders questionnaire statements must be on file with TxDOT at the time of bid submission.
