The contractor guarantees that the work will be free from defects for one year, as stated in the bid notice.
The owner may reject any materially unbalanced bid, as stated in the bid notice.
Bidders must have a minimum of 10 years experience in municipal sewer pump station maintenance and repairs, as stated in the bid notice.
Inspection trips for prospective bidders must be scheduled with owner with a minimum 24 hours advance notice and be conducted no later Friday March 13, 2026, as stated in the bid notice.
All questions by prospective bidders as to the interpretations of the bid documents and forms, agreement documents and forms, andor the standard terms and conditions, must be submitted in writing to the owner, no later than 4: 00pm wednesday march 18, 2026, as stated in the bid notice.
