The town of Scarborough will pay the selected vendor for services performed in accordance with the signed agreement. Invoices will be submitted in the following schedule: 10% upon contract signing and completion of final system design, 25% upon delivery of equipment to vendor staging facility, 20% upon completion of system staging and customer system acceptance, 25% upon completion of installation at sites, and 20% upon customer final acceptance testing. Respondents should know that the town of scarborough will not make any advance payments under this agreement. All warranties, including those covering third-party equipment and components, shall commence on the date of final system acceptance. The contractor shall ensure that all third-party equipment warranties meet or exceed the minimum warranty durations specified elsewhere in this document. If a third-party manufacturer customarily offers a longer warranty period than the stated minimum, the longer duration shall apply.
