The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Human Services is seeking proposals for dairy products, butter, margarine, vegetable oil, cheese, cream, sour cream, yogurt, fruit drinks, lemonade, iced tea, and milk for the Wernersville State Hospital.
