The Woodlands Township is seeking bids for seasonal holiday decorating services for a period of 36 months beginning November 1, 2026. The selected contractor will furnish all labor, materials, off-site storage space, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to install, maintain, remove, and store eight holiday doves and one manufactured Christmas tree. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on March 11, 2026. Bids are due by March 25, 2026. The contract will be for 36 months, from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2029.
