Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded The Contractor shall provide all of the materials and perform all the work described in the Specifications and/or shown on the Drawings. The Federal Pacific Switchgear including panels, contractors and disconnects of the Lake Cumberland YDC Facility will be removed and replaced per the National Electrical Code. In addition, a standby emergency generator will be installed to provide backup power of the Old Weld Shop Building which serves power for the Sewage Treatment Plant. The Contractor shall provide new concrete for access to the Generator, as well as the Propane Storage Tank with concrete- filled pipe bollard protection. The Owners preferred daily work schedule shall be Monday- Friday 8 hour/day. There are no Contractor working days on Saturday- Sunday. A 48 hour notification is required for any outage of any existing utility including the Chilled Water and Heating Water Systems. Any damaged utility by the Contractor must be put back into service immediately.
