The Town of Westerly is seeking sealed bids for the repair of the transfer station building located at 39 Larry Hirsch Lane, Westerly, RI 02891. The project includes the removal and disposal of existing roofing, siding, and structural components, and the installation of new roofing, siding, and structural elements. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, EST on November 21, 2025, at the Westerly Town Hall. A nonmandatory prebid conference is scheduled for November 7, 2025. The time of completion is set at 180 days following the notice to proceed. Liquidated damages of $1,**** per day of delay will be applied. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The contractor must provide a contact person and emergency response crew. The contractor must provide a 10hour osha construction safety program.

Bids must be received no later than December 16, 2025. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, services, equipment, and appliances required for the delivery and the supplying of products and/or services as described herein and in the contract documents.
