The Medical Director position has been deemed as a key personnel position. This is an evaluation criterion for this requirement, and a resume must be provided.

Minimum requirements for the Medical Director position include: 1 a valid state medical license 2 valid drug enforcement agency DEA license and the ability to procure controlled substance medications for sog medics for official use. 3 Board certification in emergency medicine American Board of Emergency Medicine 4 Active clinical practice in an acute care hospitalbased emergency department, and have current knowledge of emergency care of patients who are ill or injured 5 Medical director experience, with minimum of 10 years of medical oversight of a federal law enforcement tactical medicine program 6 Formal experience in ems training and education, including development and delivery of continuing educationcertificationrecertification for tactical medicine providers 7 Formal experience in the management of quality assurances processes in tactical medicine 8 Peerreviewed journal publications in tactical and operational medicine 9 Experience in national leadership of tactical medical organizations 10 Current top secret security clearance or the ability to obtain a top secret security clearance.

Prospective vendors must provide a statement of qualifications responding to all questions in the scope of work. They must also provide documentation that all laboratory services are performed by a CLIA-certified laboratory and identify the licensed medical professionals responsible for review and interpretation of results. Experience providing occupational health screening services, specifically cancer-related laboratory screening for public safety employees, is required.

Warranties for aircraft and components must be the maximum granted by the manufacturer, with airframes, engine components, and modifications warranted for not less than 36 months or **** hours without proration. Liquidated damages apply for delays. For minor events, $100 per day per helicopter for each day of delay. For major events, $200,000 per major event if TBO is reached before delivery under specific circumstances. if contractor fails to deliver the three initial helicopters in an acceptable condition in compliance with the contract within 365 calendar days after execution of the contract by county, contractor shall pay county 100 per day per helicopter for each day of delay as liquidated damages

A pre-award inspection of respondent facilities and equipment may be conducted. For trade-in aircraft, inspection is available by contacting Jerry Jones. espondent agrees to allow all reasonable requests for inspection of such facilities with two 2 business days advance notice.
