The contractor will be advised on office configurations for installation of furniture by the requesting members of the 355th logistics readiness squadron upon contract award. The contractor shall maintain an updated, automated master copy of all furniture layouts, designs/redesigns accomplished under this contract for the duration of the warranty, after government acceptance of the project. Drawing changes required to a layout due to contractor errors or omissions shall be the responsibility of the contractor and the corrected drawing and bill of materials shall be delivered to the government within three calendar days of the request. The contractor shall provide the gpm a copy the installation drawings and bill of materials via mutually agreed upon electronic media. Contractor shall make the government aware of any discrepancies to existing conditions not previously identified. The government has full ownership of all formal deliverables and required supporting documentation with regard to use, distribution and reproduction.
