The City of Monroe, North Carolina is seeking consultants to design a new logo and branding for the South Monroe Historic District, including sign design. Proposals are due October 15, 2025, at 5 PM. Questions regarding the RFP are due October 1, 2025, at 5 PM. Proposals must be submitted digitally (PDF) and in four printed copies. The selected consultant will be expected to execute and abide by the city's standard contract form. North Carolina and South Carolina firms will be given priority consideration.

The solicitation is for commercial products and commercial services, specifically mattress toppers and fire barriers, for the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Offers are due on **** at 11:00 AM EST. Delivery of equipment shall be made within 30 days of contract award during normal business hours, excluding federal holidays. The contract incorporates various FAR clauses, including those related to payment, disputes, and limitations on subcontracting. The offeror must complete specific blocks on the SF **** form, including price/cost schedule, delivery schedule, and the VAAR clause 852. 21976. The offer must include itemized price quotes, labor and installation costs, bill of materials, product lead times, product literature, warranty information, sustainability certifications, and a self-certifying statement confirming ability to meet project deadlines. Offerors must be registered in SAM.

The Air Dominance Division requires modification of existing furniture at a specific location. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, personnel, and equipment for the removal of existing furniture, and the installation of new furniture. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, permits, DOD, AF, and base requirements. The contractor must provide a project manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience, and a contract manager. The contractor must provide a schedule for the project, including lead times and milestone dates, not to exceed 75 days from the date of award. The contractor must provide a technical solution for all electrical work to be completed by a licensed electrician. The contractor must validate site conditions and programming needs prior to contract award. The contractor must provide a complete design that takes into account site conditions and customer review. The contractor must provide additional drawings in . dwg and . pdf formats. The contractor must maintain an updated master copy of all furniture layouts. A post-installation walkthrough will be coordinated with the contractor and government acceptor. The contractor must obtain a base pass for all personnel. The contractor must comply with all safety and security guidelines. The contractor must provide all documentation, manuals, warranty information, assembly instructions, maintenance and care instructions, operating instructions, etc. The contractor must provide special assembly tools, security hardware, spare parts, etc. The contractor must coordinate all staging and deliveries of their product. The contractor must be an authorized dealer of the product they are quoting and allowed to accept a GSA delivery order through their manufacturer's GSA schedule contract. The contractor must provide customer service during normal duty hours, Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays. The contractor must notify the contracting officer of any deviations from the standards. The contractor must ensure that all communication outlet faceplates are provided with the new furniture and accommodate a standard RJ45 quad port or fiber inserts. The government will provide the port inserts. The contractor must remove all packing materials from the installation. All trash removed from the worksite shall be disposed of in accordance with state laws, and packaging and other recyclable materials shall be recycled wherever possible. The contractor must maintain environmental controls when working in any Air Force facility. The contractor must clean all new furniture only with the manufacturer's recommended cleaning agents/products. The contractor must provide two keys in each lock set, and five master keys to the government acceptor. The new furniture must be level, square, and in proper alignment with adjoining furniture. All drawers should operate smoothly and stay closed when not in use. The contractor must inspect to ensure the new furniture is free of surface dirt and defects, the installation is complete, and the new furniture is ready for use. The contractor must provide a list of personnel requiring access at least 10 days prior to the required access. Commercial trucks must enter through the Eglin AFB north gate for inspection. Firearms may not be brought on base under any circumstances. Individuals with criminal records are not allowed on base. Contractor personnel are prohibited from sponsoring guests onto the installation. Contractor employees will be denied access to the base if they have been convicted of two misdemeanors within five years or any felony within 10 years.
