The CCAR analysts shall be a certified CCAR administrator, which is a certification obtained from Integrated Data Services, Inc. Personnel must have the certification prior to being granted administrative rights to a CCAR database. CCAR certifications from other companies will not be accepted. A copy of the certified CCAR administrator certificate shall be included with the proposed employees resume as part of the contractor's proposal. The CCAR analyst shall have at least three 3 years of hands-on experience with CCAR and at least one 1 year as a certified CCAR administrator.

The updated anticipated period of performance is 02/02/2027 - 05/18/2027, which is 105 calendar days, subject to change.

Companies must provide a capability statement demonstrating sufficient qualification capabilities of experience in work similar in type and scope, including contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, points of contact, and telephone numbers. They must also provide evidence of access or will have access to Philadelphia Gear Timken's proprietary components, such as a signed agreement or licensing agreement.

Failure to respond or submit information in sufficient detail may result in a company not being considered a likely offeror when making a decision on whether or how to set aside a solicitation for restricted competition.

Delivery is expected within 180 calendar days from the date of award.

Payment will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Upon award and satisfactory performance, payment will be through wide area workflow.

The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Best value is expected to result from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price.

Offerors must provide a written technical narrative demonstrating they meet the minimum standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Technical acceptability is achieved when offeror provides proof, in the form of a technical narrative, that the offeror meets the minimum standards of the requirement identified in the attached performance work statement.

The government does not anticipate the need for a site visit.

The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is July 2nd, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.

Failure to meet packaging, packing, marking, and bar coding requirements will result in the item's rejection and possibly return to the vendor, which will delay payment.

Award will be lowest price technically acceptable.

Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM. gov).

Offers of equal products must meet salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics. Standard commercial packaging is unacceptable. Failure to meet packaging requirements will result in quote rejection.
