This is a sources sought notice from the U. S. Geological Survey to determine the interest and capability of firms eligible to provide software license subscriptions and support for Quality Positioning Services (QPS) software modules. Deliverables include software module subscription licenses and annual support for one year for specific modules. Responses are requested from various categories of small businesses, including Indian small business economic enterprises, SBA-certified small businesses, hubzone firms, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. Firms must indicate their socioeconomic status. A capability statement, including firm details, relevant project history, owner information, and size status, is required. Companies must have a SAM Unique Identifier Number and be registered in SAM. All responses must be submitted via email by May 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. The tender is for bushings, rings, shims, and spacers. All items, including specially designed ones, will be classified under FSC. Definitions for each item are provided: a bushing is cylindrical and reduces the inside diameter of a hole; a ring is cylindrical and flat with a center hole; a shim is a thin piece used to fill space; and a spacer holds two members at a distance. The award will be for the entirety of the items.

This is a Sources Sought notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeking qualified vendors for an Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) at the Sheridan VAMC, Wyoming. The EKMS must have 180 locked key positions, be expandable into a networked system, secure key rings with metal-on-metal connections, incorporate a glass or polycarbonate door, hold at least 40,000 users, have a minimum 7 capacitive touchscreen, and include a card reader compatible with VA access cards. The system requires web-based software capable of integrating with the existing Gallagher security access control system, locking steel cable seals, plastic identification tags, and battery backup for at least 4 hours. Installation must be performed by a certified team and include software setup, integration, and a minimum of 2 hours of training. Bidders must have EKMS management software approved on the VA's OIT TRM website. Applicable standards include ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 hardware, industry-standard cybersecurity, federal security policies, and safety regulations. Acceptance criteria include precise key tracking, seamless integration with access control systems, and automated alerts. Special considerations include emergency offline access procedures, spare parts, and failover protocols. Manufacturers/distributors must have three years of documented experience with federal/state/local government accounts and local or phone warranty/service support. A two-year standard warranty on all materials is required. The product will be delivered to the Sheridan VAMC.
