The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and/or services necessary to perform the sports officials services at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall. If the contractor fails to provide the minimum number of required personnel, or an official fails to meet the terms outlined under section ****, then the game or match may be postponed and played at a later date with no additional charge to the government. Should the government not elect reperformance, the contractor shall not receive payment for the cancelled event.
Appeals shall be submitted in writing to the contracting officer within one business day from notification of the governments intent to withhold payment.
