The government intends to purchase a 200 mm, ultradry, semiautomatic wafer probing station for reliability testing of silicon carbide field effect transistors (FETs). The contractor must provide a system meeting specific technical specifications, including ultradry environment capabilities, and must deliver the equipment within 24 weeks of order receipt. The system must be installed and demonstrated within two weeks of delivery, and training for up to three users must be provided within seven days of installation. The Nist POC or COR will review deliverables and respond with acceptance or revision requests within 4 weeks of receipt. A draft plan and technical drawings for the ultradry environment and non-standard components must be reviewed within 8 weeks of contractor acceptance. Delivery will be FOB destination. The period of performance is seven months from the date of award.

This RFI seeks information from industry partners regarding environmental performance specifications for the forthcoming TRITS Request for Proposal (RFP). The submission must include UEI, Cage code, SAM registration expiration date, GSA contract number and expiration date (if applicable), a pricing schedule, a description of the company's business size (annual revenues and employee size), business status (8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, or small business), anticipated teaming arrangements, and a description of similar services offered to the government and commercial customers.
