If you desire to be considered as a potential source for award of this contract, proof of being an authorized distributor shall be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official and sent with your offer to the procurement contracting officer.

If you are a distributor, your quotation must be accompanied with a letter from the actual manufacturer indicating that you are an authorized distributor.

The period of performance for repairs and maintenance is from 08/03/2026 to 02/03/2027. Each pump/motor repair/maintenance shall be completed within 90 days after the government delivered these items.

Payment will be made by the government according to the prompt payment act. Invoices must be submitted electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).

The contractor shall warrant all labor and materials for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery to the government if the government agrees to proceed with repairs/maintenance.

The award will be based on a comparative analysis of technical ability, past performance, and price. The government will award to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and represents the most advantageous to the government.

Pumps and motors repair shop shall be required to have at least 5 years experience in performing maintenance and repairs on pumps and motors. This requirement shall be submitted with bids.

The contractor shall be liable for default unless nonperformance is caused by an occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the contractor and without its fault or negligence.

The contractor shall not require any person employed in the performance of this contract to work under conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous to an employee's health or safety.
